CONDITION & FINAL SALE
All items are sold as is, and all sales are final. We do our best to photograph and describe each piece accurately, but part of the charm of vintage is its age and history. 
Each item is priced with its condition in mind.
We’re more than happy to send additional photos or details if you’d like to see something closer before purchasing.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Because of the nature of vintage items, we don’t accept cancellations or returns unless something wasn’t accurately described. We want you to love what you purchase, so please reach out if you have any questions before checking out.
OVERSIZED ITEMS (FURNITURE & ART)
Most furniture and larger pieces (like art) are available for pickup at our shop:

Pickup should be completed within 7 days of purchase, unless we’ve made other arrangements together. Customers are responsible for coordinating their own pickup or delivery.
We’re happy to share recommendations for local movers, but please note that Sure Things isn’t affiliated with these companies and can’t be responsible for their service. Any delivery issues should be handled directly with the movers.
SHIPPING
Orders ship within 5–7 business days of purchase. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your package is on its way.
PACKAGING
We believe in giving materials a second life. Every order is packed with reused supplies—things like old packaging paper, newspaper, used cardboard, and bubble wrap we’ve saved from previous shipments. Fragile items are sometimes double-boxed using recycled boxes for extra protection. 
In short: nothing new, nothing wasted.
STOLEN OR MISSING PACKAGES
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it’s considered out of our hands.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or replacements for stolen packages. If you have special delivery instructions, please leave a note at checkout or email us at surethingsfintage@gmail.com before purchasing.
